At SleekHaven, all products are made to order and shipped from our UK production partner.
We aim to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
1. Where We Deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
2. Processing Time
Every item is made to order, printed, packed and prepared specifically for you.
- Processing time: 2–3 business days
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day
You will receive an email confirmation once your order enters production.
3. Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched:
- Standard UK delivery: 2–4 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your address, courier workload, or seasonal demand.
4. Fulfilment & Dispatch Location
All products are packaged securely and shipped from our UK production partner:

Your parcel will be handled with care to ensure safe transit.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take several hours to appear depending on the courier’s scanning time.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, missing, or shows as delivered but cannot be found:
- Email us at hello@sleekhaven.co.uk
- Include your order number and any relevant details
We will contact the courier on your behalf and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify your address before completing checkout.
SleekHaven cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping details provided at purchase.
If you made a mistake, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
8. Damaged Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product
- Email us within 48 hours at hello@sleekhaven.co.uk
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
9. Failed Deliveries / Return to Sender
If a parcel is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Recipient unavailable
- Failure to collect from a pickup point
…we may need to charge a re-delivery fee.
Refunds for failed deliveries are assessed case-by-case (excluding shipping fees).
