Refund & Return Policy

At SleekHaven, every product is made to order exclusively for you.
Because of this, our returns policy is different from large retailers that hold stock (like Amazon). We offer a fair and clear 45-day policy designed to protect both you and our small business.


1. 45-Day Return Window

You have 45 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is defective or misprinted
  • The wrong product was sent
  • There is a clear manufacturing issue

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong design or size
  • Minor colour variations (due to screen differences or printing process)
  • General wear and tear or accidental damage after use

This policy ensures fairness while keeping our made-to-order production sustainable.


2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will fix it.

To submit a claim, email us at hello@sleekhaven.co.uk within 45 days and include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

Replacements always take priority unless otherwise requested.


3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If we send the wrong item or something is missing, we will:

  • Ship the correct item at no cost, or
  • Offer a refund if the correct item is unavailable

Please notify us within 45 days so we can resolve it quickly.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of made-to-order production, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Items that have been used
  • Items without original packaging (if applicable)
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products with minor printing variations
  • Products returned without contacting us first

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.


6. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, we will inform you whether:

  • Return shipping is required, and
  • Whether the cost is covered by us (only for faulty items)

For non-faulty returns (rare cases approved at our discretion), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing can take 3–7 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive a confirmation email once completed
